Out of the tube, you might probably be scared of this color. Candy Yum Yum is a blue-based bright (neon) pink in a matte finish. Wallflower would not be you, wearing this. This is a show-stopping, street-glancing shade bound to get you a lot of attention.

The matte finish means you get a more opaque application. This is not hydrating but applied well without pulling on the lips. MAC lipsticks always smells like vanilla (before of those fakes!).

Staying power is great, with up to 8 hours and survived through a meal and some snacks without me needing to re-apply. Even if you don't re-apply, this leaves a bit of stain on the lips which can only be removed by me having to to scrub it off.

While I am usually a nude lippie kind of girl, I definitely did a 180 on  MAC Candy Yum Yum. I didn't expect that I would be bold enough to wear this outside. This is a fun color to have and I have been wearing this one for almost everyday since I got it. This is a perfect way to bring out the sun in your face, especially summer. *Just be prepared to get lots of inquiring/curious looks when you wear this.
