Hi guys! Hope you are all having a great weekend. Mine is currently a lazy, very rainy one, but that's alright because I need the R&R. :) For today, I'm sharing with you my thoughts on Rimmel's Stay Glossy 6-Hour Lip Gloss from my makeup haul a few weeks back. I have two colors: Endless Summer (040) and Treasure Hunt (500).

Endless Summer (040) can be described as a sheer nude beige shade. The color is quite sheer but lends enough pigmentation on my lips. This lip gloss is not buildable so you pretty much get the same color intensity even though you pile on more.

Texture is smooth. It has few shimmers but it doesn't really translate or show in person so I don't mind them. I love the formula because it's not totally overpowering or heavy on my lips nor does it settle into lines.This just makes your lips look perfect, lush and pouty.

Treasure Hunt (040) can be described as a true red with warm undertones. The color is somewhat opaque. I love how this is so pigmented considering it's a lip gloss. Texture is smooth and creamy. The formula is light and doesn't settle into lines.

Overall: Rimmel Stay Glossy 6-Hour Lip Gloss is a surprise hit for me as both colors offered good color payoff and smooth lightweight texture. Lasting power is so-so but that is expected for a gloss. Endless Summer is a great nude color to wear on its own or top off and complement a nude lip - I especially love it on top MAC Velvet Teddy. Treasure Hunt is a classic red that would be an unexpected accompaniment to any low-key look. For such a low price (around Php 100 from ebay), I am satisfied with how well both shades performed. I am now on the hunt for other colors in this range, perhaps something pink or corally.
