Hey guys. It's Monday again. How did your weekend go? I am feeling slumped nowadays so I am trying to find some inspiration. That beach trip did help a lot but I felt that I need a longer vacation right now. This week is Holy Week so I get two work days off which means a 4-day "weekend." I will be most likely reading a book or two, watch more TV and swear off all the hand-held electronics for those days.

For today though, I have a recent haul from Luxola.com, my first buy in a month. I don't order much from them nowadays because they are now charging a pretty penny for shipping to the Philippines if your order is less than Php 1,300. I waited for some good sales before I made another transaction with them. I made sure than I get free shipping because I'd rather pay for a product than pay for shipping. Konjac sponges have been the rage for sometime now. I was excited to use this to see if this really works. I had reservations though because really, this is "just" a sponge what difference can it really do in my skin? I tried it as it is, with no cleanser added and I actually felt a a difference in my skin texture after use. This gently exfoliates dead skin cells without me feeling like I'm rubbing sand paper in my skin. I will most likely purchase another one after this "expires."
