Hey there everyone. I'm back to continue on with reviews of the Maybelline Color Sensational Creamy Mattes. This shade is one (if not the most) of the popular shades from the lineup.

Nude Nuance is a medium-dark brown with some hint of terracotta in it. It has warm undertones and a matte finish (it's less satiny than the rest of the shades). As I've said earlier, this shade has been a runaway hit among lipstick enthusiasts as the color hits the sweet spot of being brown without it looking too dark/vampy due to the rosey undertones in it.

This looked more terracotta brown on me due to the yellow undertones of my skin. It can look orange-y on certain lighting, but overall, still a good everyday, understated brown. I have worn this three or four time now, but I'm still deciding if I actually like this shade because I feel like this accentuates the sallowness in my complexion and makes me look tired. MAC Whirl looks similar (will update with comparison swatches) though I still prefer Whirl.

This lipstick has great pigmentation, with full and opaque coverage with a single swipe. I feel like this applied more evenly and smoothly of all the Brown Nudes I have reviewed. Both Nude Nuance and Touch of Spice have similar finish, it's semi-matte with with a velvety satin feel that made it easy to apply without any settling nor patches.

The creamy yet lightweight formula felt very comfortable on the lips. I didn't feel like it sucked out all the moisture of my lip but my lips did feel dry after the five-hour stretch. Wear time is above average, up to six hours before the color wore off somewhat evenly. I definitely didn't mind reapplying as I mostly do with any other lipstick.
