Pink Sugar Sugar Tint Lip and Cheek Tint in Code Red, Sugar Rush

Hello everyone. This is a quick preview of my newly purchased Pink Sugar Lip and Cheek Tint. This product has been a favorite of a lot of people. I'm (super) late trying this out but finally bought this at beautyMNL's pre-Christmas sale (20% off). I was debating whether to buy the cult-favorite shade Queen Bee and finally choose the newer shades Code Red and Sugar Rush.

Pink Sugar Sugar Tint Lip and Cheek Tint in Code Red

Code Red is a bright, medium classic red. I gravitate towards brighter shades, especially for use as a blush. Also, you can never go wrong with red lipstick so this color choice was a no-brainer. This color is wearable despite looking bright in the tube. Since this is very pigmented, I only need a very small amount for my cheeks (teen tiny dots) and lips.

Pink Sugar Sugar Tint Lip and Cheek Tint in Sugar Rush

Sugar Rush is one of the newer shades that Pink Sugar released for this season. I haven't seen a lot of swatches online so buying this was a bit of a gamble. The shade is a medium nude mauve, with a hint of pink and purple, reminiscent of Maybelline's Touch of Spice (Sugar Rush is darker). I gravitate towards these kind of colors, though I don't really feel that they suit me as they can wash me out. This nude, natural shade looks pretty on the the cheeks though.

Swatches of Code Red and Sugar Rush are below. Both are really pigmented. They dry pretty fast so if using on the cheeks, you need to work fast. I would suggest applying in layers so you can control and build the intensity (especially with Code Red). I will do in-depth reviews soon, so stay tuned.
