I usually apply this oil on my (damp) hair and scalp. It's effective in minimizing frizziness and also lessens falling hair. I also use this once a week as a hot oil treatment. You can leave it on your hair for 30 minutes and then rinse off. My hair looks and feels smooth after. I do notice improvements in the texture of my hair. It also makes my hair stronger and less prone to breakage.
I don't regularly apply this therapy oil on my face. Because of the olive oil content, it is too heavy on my oily-combination skin. If you have dry skin, I think this would be effective. I do apply this on my hands, elbows, knees and feet when they are feeling especially dry. You only need a very small amount and using more makes it feel greasy. On the upside, this therapy oil is absorbed fast.
Pros:
- Versatile and multi-use
- You only need a small amount
- Makes hair smoother and less frizzy
- Lessens hairfall
- Moisturizes skin
- Easily absorbed
- Non-greasy if applied in small amounts
- Very affordable
- Easily available
Cons:
- Contains Olive oil that can clog pores
- Can be greasy of applied heavily
