Hi there everyone and TGIF. The past days has been rather wet and gloomy weather-wise and today is no different. It's been challenging taking photos in natural light so I have been going through old photos for products to finally write a review of. Today's skincare product is from Innisfree, and another variant of their Capsule Recipe Pack. I have reviewed two of their masks in the past: Green Tea and Sea Weed and now I have the Rose and Calamine.

I really like these masks as they are the perfect amount for a week's use (2-3x), which is convenient to bring on trips. It also makes it easy to finish and not just sit around unused. It has a lid that tightly snaps on so you can store it properly and securely after each use.

This mask aims to soothe irritated skin as well as exfoliate dead skin cells for a brighter complexion. I feel that this was effective in doing those. The rose ingredient gives off an refreshing and relaxing aroma and also helps calm down irritated skin. Calamine, on the other hand, is a known remedy for mild skin issues. Together, these ingredients heals and calms the skin.

I feel that this mask has been helpful in soothing and healing my skin when I had hormonal breakouts. I apply the mask on my clean face and leave it on for 20 minutes to let it do its magic. As it does not completely dry down, it's easier to rinse off with a lukewarm water. After use, my skin feels fresh, soft and smooth. My breakouts had also healed after I have finished the whole pack.
