Hello everyone. I hope you are all having a good week. Mine has been Ok but I have been struggling with following a daily routine and bouts of insomnia. Hopefully, I can catch up on sleep this weekend. So, on to the review. Today's product is not new. I bought this early last year but somehow I don't find myself sing this often.

Instructions: Apply a generous amount to a cotton pad. Wipe the cotton pad all around the face, no need to rub the skin. Gently wipe around closed eyes, avoid getting into your eyes. No need to rinse after.

Simple Kind to Skin Micellar Cleansing Water comes in a white plastic bottle with a green flip-top cap - pretty straightforward. The Simple product line is easily available in most local beauty stores so you won't have a problem tracking this down. I remember that when they were first released, they were more expensive but they had since repriced their products to be more affordable.

I find this micellar water very versatile. On most days, when I don't have a ton of makeup on, I can use this as a cleanser. It is able to take off light makeup gently yet effectively. It feels lightweight and very much like water. This micellar water is especially useful on lazy days when I can't be bothered to do a full skincare routine but want to take off any trace of makeup or dirt on my face. This leaves my skin feeling  clean and refreshed.

On the other hand, this micellar water would not be able to effectively cleanse off heavy, waterproof makeup. I tried using this to take off waterproof mascara and eyeliner and it just take too much time and product to do so. For a full face makeup, it would be better to use oil-based products to remove them and then do a 2-step cleanse using a facial cleanser and this micellar water.

I haven't experience any skin breakouts nor irritation when using this product. This is also gentle enough to use on the eye area. It doesn't dry out my skin and can be considered moisturizing enough to use as a quick and refreshing pick me up on hot or humid days. It leaves my skin soft, supple and hydrated.

I also like that this is fragrance-free, which is great for those with sensitive nose and skin. This micellar water is also free from alcohol, parabens, silicons and artificial fragrance. Simple is also cruelty-free brand.
