Hi there everyone. How did your weekend go? Hope you had a good one like I did. For today, I'm sharing a sneak peek  of my (only) haul from last month's National Lipstick Day event. I bought a lipstick duo set from MAC's offical Lazada store. There was also a free lipstick included in the set as well as some stickers, a makeup mirror and a water bottle (not pictured).

There were two duo sets of the MAC Powder Kiss lipsticks: (1) Devoted to Chili and Mull It Over, and (2) Sultry Move and A Little Tamed. I bought the first set because I wanted to try out the shade Devoted to Chili which is one of the bestselling shades of the line. Hopefully, I can do reviews on them soon.

MAC Powder Kiss Lipstick in Devoted to Chili

Devoted to Chili is described as a "warm brick red." The shade leans orange-red on me and pulls out my yellow undertones which can make me sallow. The soft-focus color helps it not look too garish so maybe I can pull off this shade with a little bit of tinkering. I'll try this next with a full makeup look and see how it goes. This is my first purchase of MAC's Powder Kiss and I am really liking the formula. It feels so lightweight and comfortable on the lips.

MAC Powder Kiss Lipstick in Mull It Over

Mull It Over is described as a "dirty peach." This kind of shade is more up to my alley as it looks natural yet adds enough color to brighten up my face. I like how the color is soft and muted which adds a effortless and dreamy quality to a look.

MAC Maker Lipstick, @mainedcm

This special edition lipstick comes free with every transaction during MAC's National Lipstick Day event. MAC Maker @mainedcm is described as a "vibrant cool red shade with a matte finish." I think from initial swatches, this lipstick does not have the same matte formula of the typical MAC Matte lipsticks that I have. The color is almost sheer and feels very creamy. Also, the shade is not "vibrant" as described but rather leans on the "gothic red" side. I do like this kind of red on me as it makes my skin tone brighter.
