Hello everyone. Today's feature is a product review of Wondolly Vivid Velvet Lips in the shade 03 Emma. I have a sneak peek of these lipsticks earlier (see: Wondolly Vivid Velvet Lips). I have bought five shades when they were on sale on Zalora Ph.

These lipstick comes in a matte black plastic tube with sticker label on the bottom. The lipstick tube itself is embossed with the Wondolly "WD" logo. This is a straightforward packaging which is light and easy to carry along on any handbag.

03 Emma is described as "a chic nude with brick brown undertones." This shade is the one that I gravitate towards. This is a light-medium pinky brown nude with a semi-matte finish. The color reminds me mostly of MAC Velvet Teddy or maybe MAC Kinda Sexy. The shade is close to my lip color with a hint of coral so I don't look too pale. It adds a touch of color to brighten up and give life to my face. I think this would suit most people but can wash out those with darker complexions.

On lips: WONDOLLY Vivid Velvet Lips in 03 Emma

This lipstick had good pigmentation, with opaque coverage in two swipes. The more emollient formula means that it is not as lightweight as I want it to be. It doesn't feel greasy nor oily though you will definitely feel that you are wearing lipstick when you have this on.

The semi-matte finish and creamier formula meant that this glided smoothly across my lips. Application is effortless and you get adequate pigment with a single swipe. This lipstick did not dry up my lips but it was not moisturizing as promised either. Also, expect to see some transfer due to the emollient formula.

Additionally, despite the not-so-lightweight feel, this lipstick felt comfortable on the lips. It wore well for up to five hours and faded evenly with no settling nor bleeding.

Overall, this lipstick looks flattering against my skin tone and is a great everyday MLBB. The shade is actually very close to my all-time fave MAC Velvet Teddy so for normal days, I can reach for this instead of my pricier MAC. I see nothing special about this lipstick but for the price, it is good enough for daily use. I would like for the formula to be more lightweight but I do appreciate that I get great pigmentation with just a single swipe. The semi-matte finish was neither drying nor moisturizing.
