I hope you are all enjoying your weekend everyone. The days just seem to come and go in a blur, indistinguishable from one another. I haven't been anywhere since May due to the quarantine and now, the whole city is under quarantine (yet again) until the end of the month. On the upside, I have time to do some more beauty reviews. Today, I'm reviewing the Pond's Vitamin Micellar Water Nourishing Milk.

"A hydrating micellar water that leaves your skin instantly clean and nourished for a dewy glow.

The first milk vitamin micellar water; formulated with a refreshing cocktail of micellar water, 5 essential vitamins (vitamins A, B3, B5, C, and E), and milk essence; deep cleans to remove up to 99 percent makeup, dirt, impurities, and sunscreen; gently exfoliates to slough off dead skin cells, debris, and other residue."

How to use: Shake the bottle before use. Pour micellar water into a cotton pad. Gently swipe onto skin to remove makeup and dirt on your face, eyes, lips, and neck. No rinsing required.

Pond's Vitamin Micellar Water Nourishing Milk

This micellar water comes in a straightforward clear plastic bottle with a flip top closure. The 100ml size is easy to bring along and doesn't spill easily. 

Pond's Vitamin Micellar Water Nourishing Milk claims to deeply clean makeup as well as sunscreen and also provide hydration to skin. I does fulfill what it promises. This micellar water feels gentle and didn't sting. Nor did it cause any breakouts for the two weeks that I was using / testing it. It was able to remove waterproof makeup easily and just a gentle swipe of the cotton pad. Additionally, the watery formula is lightweight so I didn't feel any greasy or oily film after I use this.

Looking at the ingredients, I see mineral oil which tend to cause an oily feel (for the complete breakdown of ingredients, see: incidecoder.com). Thankfully, it was not the case for this product. I also see lots of good ingredients in this:

Pond's Vitamin Micellar Water Nourishing Milk

Overall, Pond's Vitamin Micellar Water Nourishing Milk is a good starter cleanser for those looking for an effective and affordable micellar water. The milky yet watery formula feels lightweight and non-greasy. It didn't leave an oily film on the skin. I also didn't feel the need to wash it away, although if you are double cleansing, you do need to wash it off. Additionally, it does a good job of removing even waterproof makeup. The formula feels gentle and hydrating, and didn't cause any breakouts  I detected a hint of fragrance but it wasn't strong enough to bother me.
