05 Julie is described as a "pretty muted coral for girly vibes." This shade is a medium bright coral with warn undertones and a semi-matte finish. This color would suit those with lighter skin tones more. My yellow-tones complexion sometimes makes coral lipsticks look more orange. For this one, I can gladly say that this actually registers as a coral on my lips. This summery shade brightens up my face and looks flattering.

05 Julie delivers good pigmentation. One swipe gives opaque coverage and excellent color payoff. The brighter color is buildable and does not pile up. The lipstick didn't bleed nor settle along the lip lines and didn't emphasize any dry patches.

This lipstick feels comfortable on the lips. It has a somewhat lightweight formula, although I wouldn't say it felt weightless. This has a more emollient formula and creamier texture. It didn't emphasize flakiness nor clung on dry patches. It wore well for up to four hours and faded evenly.

Overall, this medium coral-pink lipstick looks flattering against my skin tone and brightened up my complexion. Comparing between Amy and Julie, this one performed better in terms of pigmentation, texture and formula. I felt more lightweight and comfortable on the lips. It has opaque pigmentation, smooth and even application, and long-lasting wear time. The semi-matte satin finish was neither drying nor moisturizing.
